Do you work on HDB flats, including bathroom waterproofing?
Yes. We handle HDB bathroom, kitchen, service yard, and ceiling-seepage work. Where the leak source is the unit above, we can document the tracing so the upstairs party has the evidence they need for their own remedial.
Can you coordinate with my condo MCST and managing agent?
Yes. For condo work we share method statements and permit-to-work paperwork with the MA in advance, and we schedule noisy or wet works around the MCST’s rules and the neighbours’ routines.
What about commercial sites that can’t close for repairs?
Most of our commercial wet-area and podium work runs in phased night and weekend windows. We can also stage hoarding so a section of the floor stays operational while we work next door.
How accurate is the indicative pricing on this page?
The numbers reflect the ranges we quote most often. Real pricing depends on substrate condition, area, height/access, and the chosen system. Local Singapore benchmarks for membrane systems sit broadly at S$45–S$95 per sqm and S$840–S$1,900 for an HDB bathroom; your written quote follows our site inspection.
What’s included in the workmanship warranty?
5–10 years on workmanship depending on system and scope. The warranty document spells out what’s covered (e.g. membrane failure under normal use) and what isn’t (e.g. third-party renovation damage). We’d rather you read it than be surprised.
How fast can someone come for an active leak?
For active leaks in Singapore we usually attend within 24–48 hours, often same-day if you call in the morning. The diagnostic visit is from S$88 and is waived if you proceed with works within 30 days.
Will I have to re-tile my entire bathroom?
Not always. Where we can isolate the failed area (e.g. shower kerb only), we re-do just that section. Where the membrane has failed broadly, we’ll be honest about it and quote a full re-do — with tile reinstatement quoted as a separate line so you can decide.
Which areas in Singapore do you serve?
Island-wide. We service HDB estates, condominiums, landed enclaves, and commercial sites across all districts.
